If you follow the 911 market and you know what is going on with the difficulty of getting the car of your dreams. Well I can tell you this place is different. From Day 1, my experience has been life changing. Yes. No exaggeration. Mason made my first drive in a 911 something I will remember forever! Pablo in finance and even Dan the GM welcomed me in like a VIP even though I have never bought or owned a Porsche before. I just recently took delivery of a 911 Targa 4 GTS. This dealership made my dream come true! It is very hard and rare to be able to say this these days, but this place give me a wonderful customer service experience every step of the way. Again I don't play golf with Dan and I didn't know anybody at the store nor did I know the exclusivity and difficulty of getting certain cars. If you want a real chance that being treated fairly and are looking to make your dreams come true then you need to make your way to Porsche Irvine!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I just bought a pre-owned Porsche Taycan 4S. Absolutely LOVE it!!!!! I just want to give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to both Jon Lewis and Mike Rusznak, service advisors!! They both walked me through the navigating and operation of all the functions and features with great detail and patience, which i truly appreciate since i'm not tech-savvy whatsoever - especially when it comes to electric vehicles. Thanks for making my experience such a wonderful one. i look forward to having my new/used Porsche serviced at this awesome dealership!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE from Jon Lewis I took my car in for an oil change and software updates. The mechanic sent the video inspection to my phone. Everything looked good EXCEPT for under the hood where he showed me rodent damage in the engine bay. I called my service manager, Jon Lewis, and he explained that the best thing to do to keep rodents away was to place dryer sheets under the hood and/or spray with peppermint oil. On the way to retrieve my car I picked up Bounce (scented) and once I arrived at the dealership, Jon took the dryer sheets and placed them strategically throughout the engine bay. That is service! This is my second car experience at Irvine Porsche. Jon has been consistently reliable, communicative and professional with every interaction.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Porsche Irvine at a compelling value. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and I got a prompt response. Garrick, our brand ambassador made it such an enjoyable experience. There was absolutely no friction in making this purchase and it was actually fun. Garrick had the car ready for our arrival and no time was wasted - key in hand and an ice cold bottled water to greet us. After the drive, there was no pressure to continue, just ample time to assess our impressions and form a decision. The purchase process was easy and Behzad from finance navigated us through the paperwork in short order. The interest rate, although a few percentage points above market, reflected current rate conditions so I would not count it against Porsche Irvine. This is my second purchase from a Porsche dealership and the experience continues to be exceptional. I also had the great honor to meet Mason, the PCar Whisperer, in person.
